The scope of designing a restaurant in a place like Mumbai (city that never sleeps) will be great overall exposure. The location of the restaurant is located near Santa Cruz station on the skywalk. The place is very crowded, where everyday nearly 40000 people pass that way. The design was inspired from the Indian local trains. My design concept was to accommodate more number of customers with standard comfort and minimum service in a contemporary style.

The design characterizes readymade fast food which serves quickly after ordering with minimal service. The restaurant captures day to day travelers and the localities. The total area the restaurant covers 1002 Sq.ft Objectives of the Restaurant is to provide high quality fast food and better service to the customers with better seating and good environment. The task was to achieve the economies of scale to minimize costs while maximizing value to customers.

multi utility park

The aim of this project is to define the architecture and design of hi life mall in Mumbai. From the current architecture we need to improve the user experience, exploring new ideas or responding to technological change. In the meantime, enormous changes are occurring in the broader environment. The 167000.00 square feet multi utility park occupies with general shopping space, restaurants, daycare center, medical laboratory, gymnasium, parks, recreation area, terrace garden, private office, courier desk and private helipad.
